Background
Pokerevent was founded by Christer Larsson and Niclas Lundqvist. Both have their background in marketing and sales, have run their own businesses for several years and love the game of poker. Christer and Niclas first met early 2004 during some tough negotiations at the poker table. Right from the start they discussed the similarities of the negotiation in poker and the situations we face in our everyday activities. This resulted in the idea to host company poker events. Said and done… Pokerevent was in business summer 2004 and the poker boom arrived.

Pokerevent today
Initially we hosted a few events per month but now we have daily assignments all over Scandinavia. We’ve become northern Europe’s leading event -& consulting company in poker and are growing each day. Our team consists of many ambitious, social capable persons who just like us strive for long term relationships and deliver results. Continuously we provide many different kinds of services to many known betting companies such as staging local and international tournaments, giving advice in promotions and marketing.

Pokerevent is Europe’s leading consulting company in poker. We’re represented in many countries where we run our own card rooms. Pokerevent is the no1 partner when establishing new businesses, products or developing online/offline strategies.
